{Vorel of the hull clade} + {Azor's electors} Maybe with {ludevic's test subject} as plan b.
Add card advantage, mana acceleration or control to taste.

What do you guys think?

Steerpike

{Burst of Strength} or {Hidden Strings} to do it again in a turn, perhaps?

Zerostatus13

Vorel works great with both burst of strength and bioshift

Flashley_ska

Bio shift would be irrelevant for this combo though, as we're looking for hatchling and filibuster counters, not +1's. Proliferate would work well too, but I tried to keep it standard.

Burst of strength and hidden strings are both good picks though!

Destore117

{Clockspinning}x2 + Buybacks + Vorel + Electors = win? I think would work pretty well.

Birdbrain

How about {vorel the hull clade} and {fathom Mage} for some serious draw power

Flashley_ska

I agree, also fond of {Urban Evolution}.

Pair him with {gideon, champion of justice}, swing big and double each turn!

Use Gideon's ability to become a critter, then vorel him...

oh, haha yup...  *facepalm*!

Destore117

Gideon Vs tokens deck :| + hull clade...nasty
Gideon can attack on your turn right when you switch him to a creature?

Destore117

Alright. Can Gideon's effect be activated on an opponents turn to be set up as a blocker?

I've heard the other way.  I was lead to believe Gideon could NOT attack as a creature the turn he came down.  anyone want to clear this up?

Wackaman9001

If you use tge 0, he becomes a creature. He can be affected by summoning sickness but if he has been your card since the start of turn he has no sickness

right, so Gideon can not attack the first turn he comes down.
