Jund has some fun options.

{Kresh, The Bloodbraided} is probably the most popular option (and it's not hard to see why)

{Darigaaz, the Igniter} is pretty cruel.

Honestly, all these lightning bot proxies don't give you the utility of a true bolt. Rift bolt is terrible unless you're running burn, as everyone knows its coming a turn early and can plan accordingly. Additionally, the most value you'll get out of Electrickery is killing a few mana dorks, in my experience. And as for Bitterblossom, you're giving yourself a clock for something you don't really need. Running more sweepers would seem like a better move IMO
Well he she wont draw it extra unless their opponet makes them. And almost no decks will MAKE you draw.

My advice is start with the commander and land base then go from there. It seems to me like your building your deck and using the commander as an afterthought... Which to me is silly, because the commander is the only card you are going to be 100% sure access to the entire game.

A generic goodstuff deck will usually lose to a deck with some sort of gameplan... Notice I said usually, because the pilot is way more important.

That being said, Gorzo and others have already given you some very solid advice, if you are serious about building, listen.

Dredge/reanimator could be very good in Jund, but only if that is a devoted strategy. Spread anything too thin and you will lose momentum.
