Looks good! I might cut a dynacharge for another magma jet, and another dynacharge for a 2nd copy of purphoros (unless budget-ness is in mind, then you could keep it the way it is). I'm not sure about the sideboard, maybe it's mostly for the type of decks you play against? But here's one I'm (hoping and trying to) take to game day for my red deck wins:

3 Annihilating fire - for voice of resurgence
3 burning earth - any type of deck that plays lots of nonbasics
3 skullcrack - sphinx's revaltion decks
3 peak eruption - agro mirrors or chained to the rocks
2 chandra, pyromaster - agro mirrors
1 stormbreath dragon - control decks that have white

I think this is pretty good, but if you've made that sideboard specifically for certain decks you usually play against, I'm sure it's better.

Maybe the full playset of ash zealot would be good, you could cut a shock for 1.

I also agree with having 4 magma jet. That scry 2 will allow you to produce more burn spells etc. but I also agree with pretty much everything else he said too. Side boarding for RDW is very selective
