Maybe a return to Mirridon could be saying
"Hey, we're saving something really cool for the next block and are exploring new design space so we can implement possible ideas"

I think the number of aftifacts in theros is kinda suspicios... But it would also be weird to return to mirrordin considering that it was so recent. Most returning sets are about 7 blocks apart not 4

Gorzo

It does seem far too soon for a return to Mirrodin. But then again, what was the block immediately before the most recent visit to Mirrodin? Zendikar. And no one seems to think it's too early for that.

What plane did Onslaught take place on? It was way before I started playing. Maybe we'll go back there, and get the onslaught fetch lands reprinted for modern. (Unless it was on Dominaria, in which case ignore this random thought. It may have been way before my time, but I have heard from lgs veterans that a return there is very unlikely, and that the plane got really screwed up by time spiral and stuff)

Birdbrain

We could return to Dominiria if it was dominirias past

Birdbrain

The time was skewed, so in order to compensate the whole plane could have reverted back to how it was in the past, and then have a different timeline going forward

R&d wont bring onslought fetch lands to modern that would be broken zendikar is more likely because its 5 sets away from huey which is more likely than 4

Onslaught was domaria. I wouldn't mind a return to Rabiah (that was Arabian Nights). Or, with these gods spoiled, maybe we might see a Yawgmoth god card finally, since he wasn't a true planeswalker...

Yawgmoth was a planeswalker? And why was there one good phrexian?

Yawgmoth got sucked into phyrexia's home plane somehow, and there he became a god to the phyrexian. He discovered a way to travel from phyrexia to dominaria, but only that. Therefore, he wasn't a true planeswalker. And Yawgmoth wasn't good, he was like evil incarnate...

Birdbrain

No. I'm talking about the phrexian who betrayed the phrexians and who died, an who's heart got put into karn who leaked oil on Mirridon causing the phrexians to make a comeback there

Xantcha wasn't really good, she merely didn't fit into the phyrexian scheme anymore and urza shaped her from there. Unfortunately she died along with Ratepe at the hands of Gix (pre-uber-demon form) and in so doing snapped urza from his insanity that allowed him to truly begin the war against phyrexian that culminated in the apocalypse on dominaria.

Yawgmoth would be a nasty card no matter how oh built him but he was defeated by the legacy weapon (converted weatherlight)
the events of time spiral, planer chaos, and future sight could have brought him back or made a clone or something

rarehuntertay

It would be interesting if he/it survived the blast and got transported to Theros/Nyx... And was Erobus' boss...

Where can I find the story lines now that they do not publish novels anymore?
they still do make novels. Or e-books if you will. One of them is called "the secretist" or something like that. I forget the other two names in that block though
