Ok so:
Members must be active for atleast a month and have 100+ posts in order to vote.

Members cannot win consecutive months.

Votes will be submitted by pm to Gorzo and only once a month between the 1st and 25th. The remaining days will be left open so gorzo may have time to compile a list of votes to determine the winner.

how about, members can't win again until the next year. Someone could win January, March, June, September, and November

This is a good idea!!!! Are we starting next month? And can we submit votes BEFORE the month starts, but AFTER the voting ends for that month?

I'd say votes should be submitted between the 1st and 25th of each month, only for that month. To avoid confusion

How's everyone feel about players only being able to win once a year? I think some people may deserve it more then once.

Oh and I'd say yes voting should start on the first of next month....so like a day or 2 lol

Maybe we should shorten to voting period to a week or two, to make it easier on Gorzo.

I think that's a bad idea the winner shouldn't be able to win consecutivly but once a year is kinda unfair if the winner deserves another MOTM (member of the month) award they should win it.

Nor do I. There are some members I can think of that deserve to win more then once bc of consistency in helping and making he communit a better place

you may get the same people winning over and over, like this

January: person a wins
February: person b wins
March: person c wins
April: person d wins
May: person e wins
June: person f wins
July: person g wins
August: person b wins
September: person a wins
October: person d wins
November: person c wins
December: person e wins

Or every 6th month of the year (for example, June and December) would be like.. A "Member of the Month All Star" and the only members that can be voted for are those that have won a previous MOTM?

Why not do a member of the year, so a member can win twice, yet it gives a chance for other people to win. And the member of the year can be someone who won the previous month, since there's only one a year
