^ I'm all for that. 2 questions. Who should be the one to tally all the votes(who do we pm our votes to in other words)? Should we do a reward for it and if so how?

Multiple accounts can be tracked and the members should have to be members for a month and that can also be tracked. Also it's probably good for mods to decide but also have a public poll like how the US votes for president

Ip addresses can be monitored by mods. Plus I think we should make sure the members voting have over 100 posts, and they've been active for atleast a whole month. This way we know they are an active member in the community.

Also, my first vote is going to a mod. It's an excellent way of expressing appreciation. Lastly, I don't want community members to get upset when a mod wins. I could see that happening. Say 2 mods win back to back months. Couldn't you see someone saying "they are fixing the votes in their favor." No I don't believe they'd ever do that but not everyone has my mindset.

I don't believe they'd do anything deceitful either, but some might. Kind of wondering what the mods think about this. Would they like to do it internally? Or would they like to see how the entire community views them and other members? I'm inclined to think the latter, but I could be wrong.

This is honestly a great idea in my opinion. Obviously it has to be a private voting system most likely through PM's but I think it has potential to get the already wonderful members of this community to have even more motivation to continue being developmental in the forum.

I think you should be able to win more then once but it has to be after at least 2 months
