RDW 64 cards, 4 sideboard 24 {Mountain} 24 lands 4 {Chandra's Phoenix} 4 {Boros Reckoner} 4 {Guttersnipe} 12 creatures 2 {Flames of the Firebrand} 4 {Shock} 4 {Pillar of Flame} 2 {Annihilating Fire} 4 {Awaken the Ancient} 4 {Searing Spear} 4 {Chandra's Outrage} 24 other spells Sideboard 4 {Burning Earth} 4 sideboard cards Notes: I build this deck base on the cards I have. Any recommendation on sideboard or cards to improve? Best is RTR block to M14 and above.

With only 10 creatures (including the ancient) I'd think about dropping the madcap skills for some more burn. Lava axe or something straight to the face.

I like how you included awaken the ancient. It's an underrated card.

A big problem lots of red decks have is maintaining a hand. I'd try adding Chandra (planes walker who's full name escapes me) if you get a hold of them. She maintains hands size and her +1 ability can help your creatures get some dmg in.

Volcanic gyser is more for USA flash decks were there's an abundance of mana late game. I'd stick to something small like skull crack.

It is very situational;  it will only help you if you are playing against white/blue.  If opponent is playing different colors, then it is of little help.

I would also think about moving  {Burning Earth} to the main board ( at least 2).  Heard someone last night get angry over that card.  With Mutavaults, shock lands, and check lands right now and the number of 3 color decks running NO basic lands at my lgs I want to pick up a couple.

Young pyromancer goes well with guttersnipe. Automatic four of. In place of four mountains

Why not mainboard?

Yeah. Fully concentrate on Guttersnipe and the rest of the creature are for blocking purpose.
