Notes:
I've been tinkering with TWoo's Blitz list and I've come up with what I can personally afford. No Ral, no Reckoner, and no Geist. Side note: Hidden strings is an all star. Use it to untap the lands you tapped to play it for a free trigger on guttersnipe or cyclops. Boros charm for double strike is amazing with it, and the cipher trigger gives us a +3 on the back end of a double strike or an additional 4 damage, making guttersnipe just as good if not better than cyclops.

This deck would work better on paper than @ tournaments. Seems fairly inconsistent. 8 creatures to synergize with means your opponent only needs to kill 8 creatures to win. Giest is good because he's so hard to remove.

Consider:
-goblin electromancer
-hands of binding (if you find more creatures)
-chandra
-cyclonic rift/ unsummon

Regardless of the fact that the deck only has 8 creatures, there are enough draw spells to get one and play it turn 3. Looting, charm in looting mode, thought scour, etc. I'm not playing fever because he's too unreliable, and if rather have a spell in that slot. This deck frequently kills on turn 4-5.

 {Young Pyromancer} would be good

He's still a vulnerable win con. There's just so much kill spell and bouce in the format
