How does it work?

Bazaar's ability can target any player, including yourself.  The ability has no end, so if you steal someone's {Primeval Titan} with {Act of Treason}, then use the {Bazaar Trader}'s ability to give it to yourself, you won't have to give it back.  Well, at the end of the game you do.

Wasnt in it but it'd fit right in with with vedalken plotter! And more so since its colorless in a tri-color deck!
