Issue with MissingKirby

Users accused: MissingKirby

Victims: myself, DirtyMustachio,

Summary: We finalized a trade July 24th. He then gave a personal reason for being unable to send on Aug 1st.. He has recieved my cards, disappeared, & I noticed he was online today & has yet to reply to my inquiry about if my deathrite is in the mail or not.

Preliminary Evidence: available, & can be supplied.

It should be noted that he said he was in the hospital and that's why he couldn't send.

He also had a trade with me back in February in which he took a very long time to send and tried to back out of the trade after I'd already sent my end, saying that his grandmother was in the hospital. I did have a good trade with him afterwards. He is a very inconsistent trader.

I don't think your the only one. Check the trusted traders list there are a few people that have him as cautionary or untrustworthy.

Thanks Piotr, I'm hoping others will come forward. I know many have had both positive and negative experiences with MissingKirby and I'd like to hear from them.

I would also like to hear from you, MissingKirby. If I don't hear from you or receive my deathrite shaman in 5 business days I am moving you to my untrustworthy traders.

Interesting idea. How about we make a report similar to Karma log, showing people marked as trustworthy and untrustworthy. Everyone can mark everyone and see their private report, similar to Karma. It would be a drop down in someone else's Profile for us to change (Enemy, Untrusted, Neutral, Trusted, Friend, Spouse). Moderators and Patrons can see everyone's report?

We would have people who just run around being jerks, listing people as untrustworthy without reason. If we did do that we would have to have some kind of trials to change it if someone is listed as untrustworthy when they really aren't or they would have to list a reason and prove it.

We don't have trials for reviews in the App Store, and perhaps for the better?
