I know a lot of these cards will be rotating out soon, but I LOVE this Mono Blue deck to pieces. Lots of Flashback and Spell-Oriented creatures...with Milling of course :))

Creatures
2x {Augur of Bolas}
2x {Delver of Secrets}
2x {Jace's Phantasm}
3x {Fog Bank}
3x {Shriekgeist}
3x {Snapcaster Mage}

Spells
4x {Dream Twist}
4x {Syncopate}
4x {Thought Scour}
2x {Curiosity}
4x {Increasing Curiosity}
3x {Mind Sculpt}
1x {Traumatize}

Lands
22x {Island}

Planeswalkers
1x {Jace, Memory Adept}

Sideboard
2x {Dissipate}
2x {Tome Scour}
2x {Incursion Specialist}
1x {Sands of Delirium}
1x {Tormond's Crypt}

I've yet to figure out a sideboard though, so suggestions for that or the deck itself would be fab.

I could put that in the sideboard, but with Dream Twist & Mind Sculpt, I didn't really see the point.

No {traumatize}? What you thinkin girl?! Lol :P also instead of {syncopate} have you considered {dissipate}? I figured that the {x} cost for syncopate backfires often. I also like how you included {snapcaster Mage}, that with mind sculpt is ridiculous!

LadyGrixis

I thought about that too! But what would I take out? My mill power is already fabulous.

I would probably make it a 2 of because of its high cmc. And as for what to remove... In my opinion I'd take out the incursionists for the traumatize. But that's just me. The traumatizes with the jace would have lots of kids crying lol

LadyGrixis

Done. Jace just makes my cry because he's sexy.

LadyGrixis

And the only reason I'm playing Syncopate instead of Dissipate is because: If they tap all their mana to play a bomb, all I have to do is turn two Islands to counter as opposed to three Islands. It's just meant for speed. But I'll sideboard Dissipate because it's good.

Ah gotcha. Lmao @ your jace comment.

EvACiDe

{negate} is also IMO a good sideboard for heavy spell decks.

LadyGrixis

True statement. But again, {Negate} depends on the situation, whereas {Syncopate} covers all/any type of spell.

Wally

If you added black you could add so much power to this deck.

Consider:
{Mind Grind}
{Dimir Charm}
{Duskmantle Guildmage}
{Psychic Strike}
{Far // Away}

Also I would run more than one jace.

LadyGrixis

I've done a Dimir before, and I'm trying to stay Mono Blue this time. There's just too much to choose from when I let myself go the Blue/Black route. I'm my own worst enemy.

This deck was meant to be streamline and efficient. If I start adding too many big drops, then I'm opening myself up for disaster when I tap all my mana to bring out creatures/cast spells, only to have my competitor drop a big Angel or Wurm that I can't counter.....because I tapped myself out.

Agarrita80

 {Geralf's Mindcrusher} he's a bomb but expensive

Combine with  {Deadeye Navigator} and it gets ugly fast

LadyGrixis

Great combo, but again, far too costly for what I'm trying to achieve.
