What is the policy here on foreign cards

I want them all 😁 seriously though I'm just interested in cards of all languages but predominately German, Italian, and Polish.

The policy is that it's up to the people trading. You need to let potential traders know if you are offering an alt language card. Some value it higher, some lower.
