if this is supposed to be a one turn thing, I think you would run out of {R} mana before you get to 50 goblins seeing how mana echoes only produces colourless mana. Maybe use {Battle Hymn}. But still it looks pretty neat. {Krenko, mob boss} would thrive in that deck.
