Was your second post asking the same question, but correcting "tokens" to "counters"? If so, then I'd like to delete this since it would just be a repost, and I'm a fan of keeping things orderly.

If this is a seperate question, then no. Vorel only doubles counters. It's ability has no effect on tokens.
