With the {oracle of mul-daya} I understand you get to play 2 land fromyour hand, and top revealed. If you were to already lay land from your hand do u also play the land on top of libary. Or is it lay 2 land total per turn?

NyghtHawk

You can play an additional land on your turn. Whether they came from your hand or the deck doesn't matter.

Reading the card, it sounds like you can play two land cards from your hand THEN play as many land cards from the top of your library as you happen to get. If you play lands from your library before you play them from your hand, they count toward your land plays that turn.

Of course, I could be wrong as that is only my interpretation of the wording on the card.

You would be right except there's already the preexisting rule, you can only play one land per turn, oracle gives you an additional play, and it allows you to  play those lands from the top of your library alternatively to playing them from your hand.

The last ability of the oracle says " you may play the top card of your deck if it is a land card" and doesn't say anything about a limit of how many times you can make use of the ability. To me that means if the top 6 cards of your library are lands you can play them all.  Just my interpretation.

You are still limited by rules of mtg to only play one land per turn, unless otherwise stated.  This car states you can play an additional land, as well as play a land if it is on the top of your library.  Hope this helped.

Right. This card otherwise states that if its the card on top of your library, you can play it. If you have a run of 6 lands in a row in your library, this card will allow you to play them.

Ruling from gatherer:

10/1/2009   If you play your first land of the turn from the top of your library, and the new top card is another land card, you can play that one too.

If your theory was correct wouldn't you assume it would say it here.  You may only play 1 land per turn as per usual, and one extra from the card.  You must still follow the preset rules of magic even if the card states you can do something.  {nightveil spectre} states that you can play the card exiled but in its rulings you are still limited to one land per turn so if you have already played a land that turn, the exiled card cannot be played because you will be playing more than the allotted amount of lands you can play every turn.

Otherwise the card would be broken and banned. Thanks for the classification gents, ran into this problem the other night.

Thought this through again and I conced your point.
But, for further clarification I assume if it isn't in the rulings, the question hasn't come up.

Came across this in DoTP 2014, it enforces the 2 lands per turn regardless of where they are from with Oracle out.
