Yeah, it's important to remember the slight increase in supply will drop prices for a little (so if you've wanted a jace buy an old one? One guy at my lgs recommended buying a damaged one if you plan on using it for casual EDH play.) sadly im in the boat where I don't like Jtms & do not have a deck to put him in but likely want everything else in FTV 20.

I think a FTV jace could be 200-300$$ but it's so hard to say.

Since they showed that {Jace, the Mind Sculptor} was gonna be in FtV:20 jace has dropped down in price. Was 150 now almost 140 and foil prices are showing 799.

JTMS has been at this price, at least for a few weeks. I don't follow the foil price because of its ridiculousness, but just wanted to throw that out their.

I'm thinking {Venser, Shaper Savant} could be in the $30-35 range while  {Hymn to Tourach} might be somewhere between $15-20!

Can't wait to see what else will be released!

Anyone else wondering how high this set could go if anymore high value cards get bumped in?

Just imagine a foil {Force of Will}? Or something to that effect...

Everyone is complaining about Jace but like MaRo said-I am angry you are giving us cards we want is a weird message to give. Jace TMS isn't really all that amazing, just valued as the only planeswalker with 4 abilities, this will drop his price to a more realistic level and I think the goal here is the same as the goal was for MM, to make Modern a less expensive game and more easily accessible to new players while not devaluing cards enough to anger collectors.

Rass

Would be nice if you could actually buy it for msrp. Instead it's a money grab for shops.

MSRP = manufacturer's suggested retail price. Wizards of the Coast cannot fix prices, otherwise it would not be worth it for retailers to stock their product.

Also, Mark Rosewater is right. We're all screaming that they reprinted Jace, because everyone wants him and that drives the price up? What a weird message to send.

Except a lot of the FTV cards won't be modern legal. Some are for edh, etc.

Yeah, I feel like they make FTV for collectors and EDH players.

Not even that. They make it for the game shops that can control the entire supply.

So sad they put JtMS in. The cost is gonna be rediculous.

Anoobass

Actually been dropping, as soon as JtMS was announced was $600 price tag, now it's more like $250 so either retailers were just being assanine or WotC flooded the market a little bit to try to help.  Either way hope to see it under $200 and its a definite buy from me.
