I want to make the dread and much hated pillow fort deck!!!!

What cards should I use and what colours/ commander?

Please explain what pillow fort is?

Pillow fort, to my knowledge, involves making it very hard (or impossible) to attack you and even if one can get through it will hurt them to do so.

Common cards and my personal favorites for a fort deck:

{Propaganda}
{Darien, King of Kjeldor}
{Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs}
{Lightmine Field}
{Norn's Annex}
{Ensnaring Bridge}
{Isperia, Supreme Judge}
{Dissipation Field}
{Azor's Elocutors}
{Maze of Ith}
{Kor Haven}
The vows from the commander preconstructed decks
{Luminarch Ascension}
{Sunblast Angel}...I can go on and on if you would like. I've been messing with an  {Isperia, Supreme Judge} edh deck for some time and have really looked for good fort cards, although for her I think that it's best to have cards that punish a player for attacking and not make them can't attack although to each their own.

And, well, a win contortion or two might be good to include, too being annoying to attack won't reduce any else's life total by itself, either, after all.

Oh and for commander I would go with either  {Isperia, Supreme Judge},  {Grand Arbiter Augustin IV}, or my personal favorite for this type of deck  {Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer}

On that note how do they decide what creatures become legendary and what don't?
