Yes! Lands will make a huge difference with this deck!

Also I would look at adding more removals.

This deck seems too inconsistent. You should drop some 1-2 ofs and make more 3-4 ofs. Also, {Sire of Insanity}, because he's the bee's knees.

Personally, I would recommend about 40-50 games against various decks before I would consider it ready for a ptq. That may equate to around 30 hours of deck time, including building and tweaking. At least that's the kind of expectations I would expect from my own deck and probably my competitors.
