Game score points

So I've not been playing for very long and even shorter time competitively.
I was just wondering how a gameday's points are tallied up, for example do you get bonus points for winning 2-0 or two rounds unbeaten or anything interesting? Or is it just a straight tally of games won per person?

You get 3 planeswalker points per match win, regardless of whether you win the match 2-1 or 2-0. You also get participation points based on how many people are playing in the event. Check out the links when you register your dci number and they have some nice tables explaining the point structures.
