My first though was that plus {Sunblast Angel} plus {Alchemist's refuge}

I honestly think saving mechanics whoes total casting cost equal the casting cost of the creature would work better than it costing 1 less for each one saced. And it wouldn't be broken either

I think the environment is aggressive enough were {force of will} should make a comeback. They say Theros is for new players? Lets hope the appeal towards experienced players after that
