I'm not irritated. It happens, I don't read every post on each thread either.

I thought primordials were supposed to be the new titans? First we want a new jace when we just got one, now titans lol... We are a greedy bunch.

DirtyMustachio

I'm pretty sure your going to see more about gods than titans its mythology themed not based.

I know right I <3 titans omgroflmaobbq

But the mechanic wasn't that long ago. Honestly I'm ready for all fresh all new (I know some stuff is returning but what I gathered from their allusion is that it really didn't get played)

Although whoever said sacing enchantments to summon "titans" would be the mechanic I could see that. Replace titan with god though.

And im going to take it a step further and say it may be an aura that you need to sac.

Like white god is sac a aura attached to a "hero" and green god is sac a aura attached to a "monstrosity"

Etc

Oh for sure, this makes sense to me for sure.

Without posting it, I've been thinking for a couple of days now something like:

<Blue God Name>           {6}{U}{U}

Something something about a general blue effect, like tap creatures, or mill, or something...

<God Mechanic Name> - When <Blue God Name> comes into play, sacrifice any amount of auras attached to blue creature you control (or unnattach them and attach them to <Blue God Name>). It cost {1} less to cast for every aura sacrificed this way.

                                                      ?/?

Birdbrain

I was thinking you need to sac enchantments whose total casting cost equal the gods cost, but that would work too I think

DirtyMustachio

Affinity for enchantments (auras not as bad) would be dumb..... lol

Herp derp {ethereal armor} {detention sphere} {unflinching courage} {blind obedience}

Mizark

Well Theros could have a God cycle, Born of the Gods could have a Titan cycle (Gods would create Titans to defend each realm) and Journey into Nyx would have a Underworld cycle (These would be enchantments that affect the game, like the "enchant world" cards)

Although i don't think that's gonna happen

They said the Gods themselves are living enchanments

It was okay. It talked out the gods (names, background, powers...).

Signature item: Purphoros wields Akmon, a large hammer whose head slightly resembles an anvil. A blow from Akmon can render the earth molten, and when it strikes metal, each spark becomes a new enchantment, some of which even take on life.

😳

I wonder if the gods grant token enchantments.

And we have a blue legendary enchantment.  That is also an artifact.  That draws you a card when creatures you control punch other players.  Oh yeah, and if you pay {U}{2}{T}. You can make your opponents creatures attack if able.

Thoughts??
