Somebody has probably told you to add this in. But in case you haven't heard of it or forgot it ... {Delver of Secrets}

Also get rid of your rewinds and add other counters like  {Counterflux}  {Dissipate}  {Negate} etc.

Lastly get rid of hover barrier ... It's just an awful card in this deck and get a couple (or more)  {Augur of Bolas}

The reason for  {Hover Barrier} was just for a flying blocker.. Might switch to fog bank though. 
I'm in air with  {Rewind}.. It has worked in past.. Yeah 4 to counter, but it untaps my land so I can play another instant before the end their turn like  {Cackling Counterpart} and copy my snipe as it triggers off the snipe too.

Partner is playing an extort deck. So I counter most of spells going after his stuff.

True ok but the thing is is that if you play rewind and they negate it your lands don't untap so you have to be careful
