Need Deck Idea Help

I am trying to put together a tournament viable deck with mostly innestrad  block cards since I just began playing again. I am not opposed to buying some cards I just can't afford multiples of the expensive ones. Any ideas would be great, but I have most experience with red and green. Thanks for the help.

Dude did you read the OP's post at all? Lol you suggested a $300+ deck

I would suggest looking at the standard post about budget decks because you can make some very effective ones after looking at the suggestions there

Well, thanks for the few tips. I checked out one other post so far but a lot of the cheaper decks seem to be based on Mirrodin block and 2012. I know these are the first sets to rotate out and was hoping to avoid purchasing too much from them. I did find a few ideas though. Any more is much appreciated.

Build a delver deck. I built one and the only rares are two {devil's play} mind you it's U/R

Nope and it works very well. But I also have a really limited budget as well
