FNM spoils (some bs included)

So at FNM tonight, this guy and I decided to split the winnings rather than face each other for it. We each got 1 DGM pack.  I got {Boros Battleshaper}.  He gets {Advent of the Wurm}, {Some foil uncommon}, and a {Godless Shrine} 😐

I then proceeded to open a {Havoc Festival}, {Some other garbage rare that I forgot the name of}, and {Mizzium Mortars}. At least I got a {Varolz, the Scar-Striped} from my draft pool, right? 😓

Anyone else have awful luck with this entire block?

I absolutely have. I've opened a box and a fat pack and got 0 voices, 0 ral Zareks and 0 blood barons.

{The Tabernacle at Pendrall Vale} is a $500 card! Seems like a pretty good pull.

Seriously though, it seems everyone on this app gets terrible pulls. I bought a Gatecrash booster just a few hours ago, and pulled {High Priest of Pennance}. I keep swearing to myself that I'll strike gold with these packs, but it never happens.

The luckiest pull I had was two {dreadbore}s back to back from a five pack purchase. That's it. I haven't bought hardly any GTC or DGM. It isn't worth it. $8 for two packs, or just go ahead and buy that {godless shrine} I need?

Edit: Thinking back on it, RtR treated me well. Two trostanis, two Vraska's, at least one of each shock, a Sphinx's rev, and a foil mizzium mortars. I haven't been able to replicate that luck unfortunately.

Last night I played draft when 2-0 then split the stuff with the past guy I played. Got nothing awesome from the prize packs but got and  {Advent of the Wurm} and  {Blind Obedience} in the draft so I was happy

Same reason I'm holding on to {Skylasher} and {Varolz, the Scar-Striped}.  I think they could see some play sometime.

I pulled two  {Voice of Resurgence} and a  {Ral Zarek} from one booster box also two shock lands. I'd say pretty good.
