I melt your glue with my flamethrower, after I torch you, I duck-tape myself to the hill and cover my body with gorilla glue. chuck Norris stands guard over me. I win.

I reanimate Bruce lee (The only known man to defeat Chuck Norris) and pit fight him against Norris. After Lee wins I dig the earth around where you are glued and toss you down the hill. I plant flowers to remember you by.

I have my Blastoise use water gun to wash my mouth of the ChocNut then have him use Hydro Pump to blow away my competition.

I use my ocarina in the temple of time and kill your dragon when it was a whelp. While in the past I invest heavily in gold. I come back to the present a rich man and create an impenetrable wall around the hill with archers stationed at the top of the wall. I reside in the inner wall with my queen.

You never had the hill because I went back in time and killed your dragon. So without the dragon you would not have the cojones to try to take over the hill thus the hill was mine. I buy the hill from the city and post an eviction notice on the hill. Everyone must be off the hill within 15 days and then....
