Take out the wake and the growth. Add 4 {Parallel Lives} and 3 {Armada Wurms}. I would also consider some mana ramp, {Somberwald Sage}, {Arbor Elf}.

I think  {Gyre Sage} would be good mana ramp for this deck too.
