I still enjoy my old Rath cycle sliver deck for casual multiplayer, and my goal is always the infinite  {Ashnod's Altar},  {Sliver Queen},  {Heartstone}.

 {Training Grounds} is better then {Heartstone}. Plus {Basal Sliver} works just as well.
