I have a standard Dimir deck that runs 4 {Balustrade Spy},I want to swap two for two  {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker}.Should I just swap the whole {Balustrade} set or should I split them by two each?

I've been having the same problem. I already have a Dimir mill deck and I'm trying to get all my Dragon's Maze cards in. {Notion Thief} {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker} {Pilfered Plans} etc.
I would say do the two and two. Balustrade is good but so is Mirko Vosk.

 {Pilfered Plans} is sweet but honestly i think  {Balustrade Spy} is better than  {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker} its 1 mana less and doesnt have to hit the opponent and its a ETB effect so there is more ways to abuse it

I would do both, swap 2 of each, without seeing the deck the two swaps would offset each other on your mana curve. If you post the deck we could give a more informed answe.

Drop the  {Dinrova Horror} for  {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker} seems better to keep your mana curve lower

Drop the  {Keymaster Rogue}s for  {Deathcult Rogue}s. have any  {Consuming Aberration}s. They are amazing.
