Mono Blue Control? 60 cards, 0 sideboard 3 {Ghost Quarter} 21 {Island} 24 lands 4 {Snapcaster Mage} 3 {Dungeon Geists} 2 {Ætherling} 9 creatures 3 {Devastation Tide} 3 {Think Twice} 2 {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} 2 {Cyclonic Rift} 3 {Rapid Hybridization} 4 {Thought Scour} 1 {Dissipate} 2 {Syncopate} 4 {Unsummon} 3 {Jace, Architect of Thought} 27 other spells Sideboard Notes: If you play standard competitively you know the mana is rough for decks of 2 colors, and 4 colors so you are probably a 3 color deck, 5 color or mono colored but money can be a issue so i brewed up this mono blue control deck that besides snapcaster is relatively cheap

I'm feeling more counter magic. You might have a problem with  {Geist of Saint Traft} if it lands

I agree. With 27 spells, just run {Delver of Secrets}. Waiting to land on {Dungeon Geist} and {Ætherling} mana could be too slow if you can't push the tempo with {Delver of Secrets} first, and {Augur of Bolas}. And Delver is kinda-sorta rogue-ish at this point.

I'd also drop a {Jace, Architect of Thought} perhaps bring one of the {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} into the sideboard.

Im thinking of dropping  {Dungeon Geists} for  {Augur of Bolas} and maybe playing  {Talrand, Sky Summoner} instead of  {Ætherling}
