also suggest elixir of immortality, sphinx rev, chromatic lanterns, etc. probably increasing ambition as well and diabolic revalation considering u have 250 slots to fill might as well have tutors:P

{Lingering Souls}, {Midnight Haunting}, {Vault of the Archangel}, {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad}, {Supreme Verdict}, {Terminus}. Gah, 5 color {Battle of Wits} can run pretty much everything. {Obzedat, Ghost Council}, {Thragtusk}, {Angel of Serenity}, {Restoration Angel}, {Sigarda, Host of Herons}. How expensive are you willing to make this? Haha, you could essentially just make it 5-color Battle of Bombs.

The funny thing is, look at sanctuary cat's flavor text.

So what your saying is, we didn't need any avacyn, or Sigarda, or Gissela, or even Bruna.  We just need to flood everything with sanctuary cats, and the would solve all our devil problems.
