Can't send PM's

As part of the riddle game, I had to send Quackmaster my answer. I did, but he says he never received it. Looking in my sent list, I can tell it wasn't sent. I've since tried to send him 4 test messages, all of which are said to be sent successfully, yet are not showing up in my sent box. Something might be a bit fishy.

I've tried to reply to one of his messages.
I've gone to his profile page and clicked "Send PM".
All of this is done through a web browser.

URL says theme=1. Also, I'm gonna guess they are delay'd as Quackmaster replied to my test ones.
