Basically kill everything they play and then steal it with {havengul lich}.

I like ID's idea.  Maybe {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} or {Ral Zarek}?  Maybe {Terminus} for the new Boros champ?

With most true aggro decks only running 22 land tops, a few hits with the  {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker} could deck them pretty quick.
What about  {Increasing Confusion}?

You want  {Supreme Verdict} to be a 4 of agaisnt aggro

Thanks! Yeah, I might use {increasing confusion} as an alt win-con. If they aren't playing aggro, 90% of the deck becomes useless, so ill need a backup plan.
