Since the Eldrazi are colorless you could only use creatures/spells that are colorless. Basically artifacts or spells like {All is Dust}.

Mana gets tricky, so you can do basics of any type make a colorless.

You won't be able to use anything- creatures, spells, artifacts, lands, etc- that aren't colorless. I think most playgroups allow basics in a colorless EDH deck, but as far as rules go, basic lands are not allowed, as they would produce mana outside of your commander's color identity.

Pretty much. The way color identity works with commander, put simply is "look at all of the mana symbols on your commander. Your deck may only include cards with those mana symbols on them."

Because Eldrazi are colorless, this means you may use no colored mana symbols in the entire deck if you use {Kozilek, Butcher of Truth} or {Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre} as your commander (Remembet, you can only use legendaries as your commander - and the 3rd legendary Eldrazi, {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn}, is banned in the commander format). This mana symbol restriction includes basic lands, which technically read "{T}: add {W}/{U}/{B}/{R}/{G} to your mana pool," which includes a mana symbol - the text was removed a long time ago to give lands the more aestheticly pleasing look they have now, but that text is still there as far as rules are concerned.

That being said, because coming up with 40-ish totally colorless lands is a royal pain in the patootie, a lot of play groups will probably be okay with you the alternate rule of "basic lands are allowed, but only produce colorless mana." Just be sure to ask your play group that its okay first.

Finally, because I'm blabbering at this point, if you want an Eldrazi deck, one option is to have a non-Eldrazi commander, perhaps a mana-producing green legendary who can help you cast eldrazi faster or somehow search your deck. With a green commander, you have forests for basic lands, and access to a few green spells to help you, like {Summoning Trap}, {Green Sun's Zenith}, green mana dorks, {Awakening Zone}, etc.

Also, if you have an eldrazi commander, don't make the mistake of putting a {command tower} in your deck as it does nothing lol
