Theyre selling her for 60. Probably buying for about 30-40

I doubt you'll even get TCG mid price for her from someone on here. If youre selling for the same price as everyone else, what's stopping people from going to a reliable (not saying you're trying to rip anyone off) eBay seller or another site?

Much better IMO
I had a whole collection at ~250-300 on avg price and people just wanted 10 cards of it (leylines, arbiters,sanguine bond) and were offering only $40 cash for it.
I'll be piecing out that collection now via ebay
