14 blue sources seems like a bit much for only having 4 blue cards.... With caverns and farseeks I can't imagine you ever having trouble running 12 or so

He has 5 but ya I definitely think you should cut some {U}-giving land.

No.... He definitely has 4. 3 {prime speaker zegana} + 1 {Tamiyo, the moon sage}. But yeah I would maybe cut a couple {glacial fortress}
