Memes.  They aren't funny.  I actually find them to be rather dumb and annoying.  If someone says "Hey, look what I found on membase!" I just walk away or start talking to someone else.

Ugh, thank you! Can't tell you how many people I know who think memes are the greatest thing ever and repeat them at every opportunity. Drives me crazy. It's not witty, funny, or clever.

As for the others mentioned... FPSs aren't typically the kind of game you play for story, they're more for the sake of PvP competition. Typically. I have recently started Bioshock Infinite, however, and holy crap...I'm only a few hours in, but the story is already completely enveloping and drawing me into the game big time.

As for Dane Cook, I saw one older stand up by him that was actually pretty funny. But everything else I've seen was just awful. It's like he took a career turn into garbage that made him bad at comedy but somehow made him famous.  As for Dunham, I'm okay with him. It's different, sure, but he has some good material in there.

I like Dunham. I think he is funny even without the puppets, Dane Cook I'm pretty meh on. Though I did enjoy Employee of the Month.

Im going to throw out there that bacon is pretty much not overrated at all. The amount of hype surrounding bacon is completely warranted.

Why is that? I thought it was great. You got to see the world through the eyes of the "monster" only to find out you were the most human thing left in the god awful Rapture (provided you chose the good path). I thought it was pretty touching, myself.

Have you read the history behind the world of Bioshock? It's actually really in depth and cool. I thought I would hate the games, and then I played the second, which made me wonder about the history of the place (since I never played the first). After a lot of reading, I've found it's one of my favorite stories. Very dark, but very well thought out!

And I have to agree with Mike again. Bacon is not overrated at all. Great stuff there.

Memes for sure, I hate myself for chuckling at something when I know it will be drivin into the ground, beaten to a pulp, picked up by reddit, then beaten to an even finer near nonexistent pulp.
And on that note reddit. Nuff said.

Gun laws are overrated, criminals will still get guns illegally and honest people will still suffer. That being said while I believe the average person has the right to own an assault weapon, do I think it's neccesary or practical? Eh.

My little pony. You can not tell me you like this show because of its "good art style" or "morals". It was literally made as a last ditch effort to cash in on a 20some year old dead horse, pun intended. Then it somehow caught on and has spawned some of the most vile things I have ever seen. One word, clopping.

Adventure time. Don't get me wrong I honestly love adventure time. But is it getting a little overrated? Anything that makes it onto a tshirt and is sold at hot topic is in fact overrated yes.

I respectfully disagree with you. I think it is a disgustingly overhyped food. It has an awful texture and is honestly a terrible food for your body, (fried) and I don't think the taste of it is even that good. Most people will disagree

While we can all probably agree with you that bacon is certainly not a healthy food, I must say that if bacon doesn't taste good you, you've been eating the wrong bacon! Like any other meat, it comes in many qualities and varieties, and some are way better than others. Plus you gotta cook it right - it amazes me how many 'breakfast' restaurants can't cook a good strip of bacon.

Speaking of bacon, I can't say enough good things about candied bacon. Bacon coated in sugar so that when cooked, the rendered fat mixes with it and turns the sugar into a crystal coating around it. It's a heart attack on a plate, sure, but you die happy. Soooo good.

As for my little pony, I'll admit I don't "get it." I know (in person) 4 guys who watch it. 1 is a father of a 4-year-old girl who occasionally watches with his daughter. He says "I wouldn't watch it on my own, but I'll admit its much more tolerable than a lot of horrible kids shows I have to sit through." I can understand that. 1 other is a huge troll - I'm not even sure watches it, he might just talk about it and use pony-related talk and merchandise simple because he knows it irritates people and gets a reaction. The last 2... Well, they're complete stoners who I'm not sure if I've ever seen not 'under the influence' of something or another. I think they just like the pretty colors and movement.

Oh it's definitely not healthy for you hahah. I have to be conscious of how much bacon I eat when its around. Fried bacon is okay but I like it most thrown in the oven. Mmmm Gorzo's got me wanting some candied bacon now.
