How about a notification system where someone post in a post you posted in?

There's a "Replies" button that will show you all topics somebody has posted in that you've posted in, that you haven't yet read. Patrons can have email notifications for such things.

But I mean maybe a notification button, something like Facebook notification so you don't have to repeatedly refresh the reply.

There's email notification. If you're on an iOS and "push button notification" is turned on for your email, youll get an email when someone posts in the thread.

Edit: just check "notify me" when you post a reply.

But I don't want to have to check my email repeatedly. Wouldn't it be simple for something like the inbox notification but relevant to post?
