Affinity

I know, I know... It is boring archetype...

But why I am posting it here...? I would like u guys to help me with utilization of this archetype... To be a little different.

Of course the core of the deck is obvious:

{Arcbound Ravager}
{Vault Skirge}
{Etched Champion}
{Ornithopter}
{Memnite}
{Mox Opal}
{Galvanic Blast}
{Thoughtcast}

I would appreciate help...

Yeah those first two I forgot to write in my starting topic they are quite important... Mhmm  {Trading Post} sounds like fun I could test it but 4 mana casting cost...

Tezzeret is better than Trading Post anyways. But having consistent mana for it on turn 4 with only about 22 mana sources and 3-4 taking a turn to cast it is not worth it for and if factor.

Mhmm  {Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas} looks nice but same problem with him as with  {Trading Post}. He is 4 CMC but if I would be able to have him turn 4 on table then turn 5 it would be end of game, most likely...

How about no to either and go with a Galvanic Blast and Thoughtcast.

Getting that four mana to cast them isn't easy at all with such an obscure mana base. It is easier to go for Master of Etherium or Etched Champion and even those see trouble getting on to the field because the mana base runs on such a low fringe and it takes more to go for higher costing cards with this being the fastest creature based deck in the format. Go low or go home with affinity.

Same wonder here... I think u cannot make strictly budget affinity... Bcs the core cards are not budget... Seems that I will have to go with boring not original version... I like this archetype but it is so not surprising ur opponent.... After first round he will know what you have in your deck...

Same wonder here... I think u cannot make strictly budget affinity... Bcs the core cards are not budget... Seems that I will have to go with boring not original version... I like this archetype but it is so not surprising ur opponent.... After first round he will know what you have in your deck...

That is the same for most decks though. What is in Kiki-pod, Melira-pod, rdw. The same cards that do what the deck needs. The problem with affinity is not that it is boring but the artifact is so vibrant in every sideboard.
