Splice onto arcane {Horobi's Whisper} and {Djinn Illuminatus}. If you were to splice an Arcane and replicate, what would the mana cost be? And would both be on the card.
Say I play {Horobi's Whisper} and splice another to it. I have already payed 3 and exiled 4. To replicate, must I pay 3 or pay 3 and exile 4. The effect is added to the spell.

So in the end, to kill two creatures, is it worth 6 and exiling 4. Then next turn pay 6 to kill two more?

The replicate cost is equal to the original spell, so you can get 4 whisper effects for 6 mana and 4 exiled cards.
