How does one shuffle their sleeved EDH deck?

I rebuilt a deck last night, did the 10 card lay shuffle (lay out 10 cards, randomly add to each stack) had huge issues with land not being evenly distributed (5 lands together...)

What would you do?

Is riffle shuffling when you split the deck in half and bend them in so they fall?
I shuffle by taking half the deck in one hand, half in the other, and pushing the corners of one half midway up the other half (like the pros do really fast!) and I haven't had an issue except occasionally splitting a sleeve.

Yes. Riffle shuffling is what you typically see used on poker cards. And if done properly, the bend isn't harsh enough to damage the cards. The problem is that a lot of people can't/don't do it properly, and bend the cards too far. And/or too slowly.

What you do is side-shuffling.

I riffle and side shuffle my edh. Some times shuffling a section of the deck at a time.

For my EDH decks, after I pseudo-shuffle with a few quick cuts, I cut the deck in half, thoroughly riffle/side shuffle each half, then do a side shuffle to recombine to two halves back together.
