How would legion loyalist ever work? You have very few creatures, battalion would be unlikely to trigger

I don't like the land base.
Nothing but shock lands is really going to hurt you. Especially since you're looking at a long range game.
Any aggro deck is going to hurt you big time.
I'd suggest, without me looking too in detail, go for basics and m13/Inni duels. With four colors, you're going to shock yourself to death.

Looking again, I think the amount of spells to creatures is backwards. I'd say go for an array of creatures with ETB effects or that at least do something to interact with each other. Leaving a few bombs to actually finish a game with and take out a bunch of spells. I'd focus on the charm cycle since they all do a bunch of things.

I'd say bump it up to 24 lands, and drop {Legion Loyalist}.  And I don't think I like {Supreme Verdict} that much.  Unless you have nothing but {Obzedat, Ghost Council} out, I could see {Supreme Verdict} hurting you more than anything.

It just seems like it won't be very often that you have nothing but Obzedat out with 22 creatures.  You're probably not going to want to wrath if you have an {Aurelia, the Warleader} out and an Obzedat waiting unless they have a ridiculous board state, I'd imagine.  Maybe {Blind Obedience} or something in place of a small guy?  Or maybe {Thrull Parasite} for the extort?

Never underestimate the power of {Farseek}.  But don't underestimate the difficulty of playing/building a 5 color deck.
