Why?  Works well with {Obzedat, Ghost Council}.  I could see maybe drop down to 2 instead of 4?  I'd say drop {Gravecrawler} and {Beckon Apparition} though.

I've been playing around and this isn't bad it's standard which is eh but oh well i just love the ghost council by far my favorite card in gatecrash

You shouldn't focus everything on a 3 of. Cloudshift is only useful when you have Obzedat out, which won't happen much.

You could move  {Oblivion Ring} to the sideboard
