Hi guys just wondering would{undying evil} work on my creature if he had a +1/+0 counter on it. Thanks.

Yes it would. Any sort of counter, charge, gold, -1/-1, sleep, you name it. Any counter  that is not a +1/+1 counter will not stop undying.
