Are there any good and fun modern decks that don't cost a fortune but can still compete at a tournament level?-.-

RDW is generally cheap and fairly competitive, it would appear.

Whats your definition of a fortune? Burthing pod can get really cheap and with burthing pod you can constantly be upgrading it. You can brew up decks like i have a mono blue legacy deck for under 50 bucks that i have won with at lgs events and the only cards that arnt modern about it is    {Brainstorm} and  {Ponder}. Affinity is pretty cheap too

Yeah, I bought it a while back. The only problem with mine was that I used an "old standard" version, so it was modern legal, but not as consistent as modern.

You can build a budget Boros deck for about $30 and an even better one for less the $200 if you go in with a strong concept.

White weenie is real cheap and if Wotc does what they might abd unban  {Stoneforge Mystic} a really sweet equipment deck can be made but its up to you to get  {Stoneforge Mystic} soon because if it does get unban the price will go up

It's surprising they would ban that but not Puresteel Paladin lol. That card is broken
I'm greatful for all of these suggestions. Ill be looking into them. Is white weenie the one with the angel that is big when you have 30+ life?
