I used to work on roofs a few summers ago I know your pain! But I was so tan by the end that I looked a completely different ethnicity! At least until I took my shirt off and the farmer's tan was seen!

I worked on roofs a bit when I did renos and I hated it. Holding a 50 pound truss in the wind is not a pleasant experience for somebody that's afraid of heights.

I did a lot of de-shingling roofs to prep for another crew to replace beams and re-shingle the house. This was all in Mississippi.... There was no wind. Only heat! Haha

As far as the worst is have to say it was having to be the guy crawling under floorboards jacking up beams to level the floors out! Those wheelbarrows will kill you tho!

I honestly don't think I could do that. I'd freak out from the creaks, imagining the house coming down on me.
