The trick it to focus it on something worth hating. While you do it, consider hating virtual things rather than real people, socialism is a good example which ticks both boxes.

This man speaks truth. Having anger problems your entire life and learning how to direct that anger towards subjects you're passionate about is the best way to live life happy and not always fuming over the petty things people complain about.

On that note, if anyone has anger issues (or anythig else) feel free to PM me. I've dealt with all sorts of mental problems in my life and I try to help others understand their emotions. I never had anyone I could talk to about this stuff when I wish I did, so I figure I'll put my ear out there if someone needs to chat.

Sorry that I got a bit lengthy there. Psychology is one of my passions and if I can help even one person I'd like to try. Continue whatever Socialism talk y'all got going on.

Psychology class is really cool, but the field is lame.

Agreed. I was very interested in forensic psychology-- the whole wanting to help people pushed me towards it-- but when reading into what I was going to get myself into I was really turned off from it. But I still love breaking down what makes a person tick. Catching the little things someone says or does and you fully understand why they said/did that.
