I had to wait 8 hours for stitches a couple weeks ago

I sat in the hospital for six hours to be told I have asthma. I've know that since I was like six, and there's nothing about asthma that makes me cough up ridiculous amounts of phlegm. Then of course they go on about how to deal with it. Waste of time. I basically refuse to go to the hospital unless I'm violently ill.

Turns out it was a case of bad communication between me and the nurse.
She thought I was being picked up and was waiting on me, while I was waiting on her to get me the appointment for the outpatient treatment in three weeks...

You have a bad hospital. They should have had your health records and known that you have asthma before you even walked in.

You tell them you have asthma and they're like "sweet, that means I don't have to work today I can just pin it on that."

It's BS.

You know what's worst about the hospital? They go like: ok, problem solved, go home, see you in three weeks, then you get home, get back to doing things, and the pain flares up.
Not funny. Theory is I bruised my bowel due to contractions on a hard surface.. Great...
