Kaalia destroys narset

No she doesn't. I have a 100% win streak against her.  I've played her several times.

Also, you partial away anything that isn't land/ramp/haste and she comes out turn 3 very often.

At which point kaalia is already on the field and I have a {Condemn} in my hand waiting for narset

So 1 out of 100 cards is always in your hand?

Sorry, thought she had flying, not hexproof, but it doesn't really matter, Kaalia still swings first and cheats in something to deal with narset,  {Angelic Arbiter} renders her ability useless,  {Balefire Dragon} would kill her,  {Iona, Shield of Emeria} eliminates a colour you can use and throws a big wrench into your so called 100% guaranteed instant win combo, etc, I potentially even have enough mana to hardcast  {Aurelia, the Warleader} which means kaalia swings twice, or if I'm worried about removal I could play and equip an equipment like {Champion's Helm} or  {Lightning Greaves} while you're tapped out from playing narset
