I have no moneys so can't afford protein powder,

I find that a very cold shower (ice bath is best) helps reduce inflammation and muscle pain.

I was told that when I had the flu.  I basically just stuck it out with my 104.9 temperature.  Screw the ice bath.

Actually it may have been 103.9.  I can't remember :(  I didn't actually go to the hospital lol.  Went to my regular doctor thing and he's just like "Flu" and I was like "Ok :( " lol
