You mainly offended someone's trade offer by saying " no one would probably want it" and then to top it off you said " and nobody would probably want anything in your trade binder, sorry" you added a sorry but you cant't say sorry. What if those are the only cards he can get. He can pe poor he could have lost his cards. So don't offend anybodies post and i will give you positive karma.

If I may interject.

While I understand that there are some negative karma hits floating around that seem totally uncalled for. Do not be discouraged by these.

That being said, however, if karma matters to you, deciding to not be nice is not going to help your experience. I think I can safely speak for all the mods and even Piotr when I say we want everyone to enjoy their time on these forums, including you, and that won't happen if you make a decision to set aside human kindness. Remember that karma is cyclical - you get out of it based on the effort you put in.

I can't and won't tell you how to act or behave, but I can offer that as my advice towards a happy experience on the forums.

Word of advice. Don't ever say something that can make people feel dumb. People hate to feel like there treated like less than a human being. From what it sounds like, you did that with the trade binder. People hate that and they would rather feel a million other things than stupid or useless or invaluable or like what they have to say or contribute is stupid and/or useless. You want karma? Try seeing things from other people's point of view

I suspect his "this could be that color" series has annoyed quite a few people. Even though I may not agree, I enjoyed them. They were certainly a better read than the usual "hey I changed my name," "what's your Instagram name," and "what box should i buy?" threads. No offense to anyone. I even poked fun at myself.

Hahah I actually enjoy threads that help the users on this forum get acquainted with one another on a level outside of Magic. I was more taking a dig at threads that are truly pointless.

I will {counterspell} my own argument by saying no one is forcing me to read the threads, and that the hide button is a wonderful tool to use in some instances.
